On a Mac

  1. Double-click Corrisend.zip in Downloads, then drag the Corrisend folder into Documents.
  2. Open the folder and double-click Start Corrisend - Mac.
  3. The first time, your Mac blocks it because it's new. Close the message (OK or Done), then either:
    • Right-click (or Control-click) Start Corrisend - Mac, choose Open, then click Open; or
    • open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, click Open Anyway and enter your password.
    You only do this once.
  4. If you're asked to install developer tools, click Install, then start Corrisend again when it finishes.
  5. Corrisend sets itself up for a minute or two, then opens in your browser.

On Windows

  1. Right-click Corrisend.zip → Extract All → Extract, then move the Corrisend folder into Documents.
  2. Double-click Start Corrisend - Windows.
  3. If a blue box says "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway.
  4. The first time, it installs Python and what Corrisend needs. This takes a few minutes; leave the window open.
  5. Corrisend opens in your browser.
The window that opens is Corrisend running. Keep it open; minimising it is fine. Next, follow the getting started guide to connect your email and set up your first automation.
