Common problems

Forgotten Corrisend password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password? and enter your email.
- Choose how to get a 6-digit code:
- Show the code in the Corrisend window: it appears in the window that opened when Corrisend started on your computer. Works even if your email isn't connected.
- Email me a code: sent to your own address from your connected email account.
- Type the code and your new password. Lost the phone you use for two-step sign-in? Tick Also turn off two-step sign-in.
Each code works once, for 15 minutes. An admin can also set a new password for anyone under Logins & History.
Moving to a new computer
- Install Corrisend on the new computer (Download).
- Close Corrisend on both computers.
- Copy the data folder from the old Corrisend folder into the new one.
- Start Corrisend on the new computer. Everything carries over.
Getting support
In Corrisend, go to Settings → Help & Support → Download Diagnostics and send the file to whoever set Corrisend up for you. It hides email addresses and contains no passwords.
